Nokia Lumia 928 – Simply Superior Smartphone

Smartphones are one of the most popular ways to stay intouch with friends and family by calling, messaging and through social media. It can feel like there is a new, updated version of a smartphone hitting the market nearly every week.

It was iPhone who dominated the smartphone sales for a long time. But now other brands are right up there in style and quality, and most will boast of a great camera that allows you to take quality photos. Social media is rampant in almost every person’s daily life now, and with a smartphone you can share these great photos, keep up with friends and post your most immediate thoughts.

Nokia have such a great reputation for being excellent, easy to use mobile phones, we all remember the ‘snake’ game. And with Nokia smartphones you get a slick looking phone that has an excellent quality camera and a menu that is easy to navigate and fast to work.

The latest in Nokia’s great range of smartphones cannot be missed by people who love gadgets. The Nokia Lumia 928 is right up there as one of the best smartphones available today.

The phone flaunts an amazing quality display. It is a neat four and a half inches and has a top quality resolution of 1280 x 768. However this new phone has ditched the old LCD screen in favor of a smart and smooth looking AMOLED. This type is even slimmer than an LCD screen. The colors on the screen look amazing whether you are indoors or outside in the daylight.

The touch screen feature of the Nokia Lumia 928 works really well and can even be set at what is called ‘glove mode’. This is a hyper sensitive screen setting which allows the phone’s touch screen genius to work even through clothing. This is a great feature for when the cold weather kicks in again in a few months. We won’t have to worry about taking off gloves and suffering with freezing fingers just to use our phone.

As you would presume from a Nokia smartphone, the Lumia 928 has a great working camera built in. it has a 8.7 megapixel camera, which is unfortunately, not an updated version of what was in the previous Nokia smartphone, Lumia 920. But perhaps they did not want to mess around with something that was already so good. This camera works really well in low light, which is great for taking pictures in evening light, on nights out, or indoors where the lighting is poor.

However, because the camera techniques are centring on the low-light performance quality, the blurring from motion is not top notch. The shutter speed also is not better than on the last Nokia Luma camera phone, which is a pity as it is not particularly fast.

But with the Lumia 928 you get Windows 8, this latest and best version of Windows comes on your smartphone with a super-fast 1.5 GHZ dual-core processor. This is a great fast operating phone.
